Ormeau Park Training Morning

Another morning at Ormeau Park Bmx track, a little bit wet but not as bad as last time when we had hail, The track was a bit muddy in places with puddles which limit what we can do, but we still had a great morning. Sprocket rocket qualified coach Johnny lead the session with warm up then 50m sprints, full laps, berm line practice, some games and then finish off with a timed lap. Pictures here
