Irish National BMX series round 3

belfast city bmx club at round 3 courtown
The Sun was Shining on Courtown BMX Club for the third Irish National, making the third race of the year every bit as epic as the first two.....

The Track was enjoyed by all, and the racing was fierce as the field tried to find racing lines on the difficult berms!
First up for BCBC was Jacob Jamison, smoking around the track putting in his best performance to date and just missing out on a podium.
In the 7-8 Lucas Mooney starting to find his stride this year bringing home a 2nd place with Tommy Caldwell narrowly missing a podium, despite racing hard all day.
9-10 Jamie Harron and James Ewart fought hard all day, but no cigars as they battled this immense group of talent !
The ruthless racing in the 11-12 brought home no trophies, despite valiant efforts from Andre, Luis, Ozzy & Jamie.
Then it was all down to the girls, and they delivered with a 2nd for Lucy Groundwater, 1st for Meg Doherty, and 3rd for Molly Allan. James McMorrow raced hard all day, and was unfortunate to not get the results to match his efforts.....
Great efforts all round.
